Placing an order
Add products to your cart and proceed to checkout. After you place an order, our team confirms availability and delivery details with you directly using the phone number or email you provide. An order is not final until we've confirmed it.
Pricing and payment
Prices are shown in USD and include the item price only — delivery fees are calculated and shown at checkout before you confirm your order.
We currently accept: Cash in Hand, EcoCash, and InnBucks.
Product condition
Every product page states its condition (New, Refurbished, or otherwise) and, where applicable, its warranty term. Refurbished devices are tested before sale; any known cosmetic or functional notes are disclosed on the product page.
Delivery
We deliver nationwide across Zimbabwe. Delivery fees and estimated timing are confirmed with you when your order is placed.
Warranty, returns, and refunds
You may return a device within 7 days of delivery, provided it is unused and in its original packaging. To start a return, contact us with your order number — we'll confirm the return and arrange collection or drop-off. Once we've received and checked the item, you'll be refunded via your original payment method.
For a warranty claim on a faulty device, contact us with your order number and a description of the fault within the warranty period shown on the product's page. We'll advise whether it can be repaired, replaced, or refunded.
Liability and governing law
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AKGadgets' total liability arising from any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot legally be excluded.
These terms are governed by the laws of Zimbabwe, and any dispute arising from them is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Harare, Zimbabwe.
